Return & Refund Policy
3.1 Return Window
7-Day Window: We offer a 7-day return/replacement window starting from the date the shipment is marked as delivered by our logistics partner. This window applies to items arriving Dead on Arrival (DOA), defective, or substantially not as described.
Criteria for an Acceptable Return
To qualify for a valid refund or replacement, the returned item must fulfill the following strict conditions:
No Physical Tampering: Processors must not show signs of bent pads, burn marks from improper voltage/overclocking, or chipped dies.
Account/Password Removal: Laptops must be returned completely signed out of all personal profiles (Microsoft Accounts, Google Accounts) and must have any custom BIOS/Supervisor passwords permanently cleared. We cannot process refunds for locked machines.
Completeness: The item must be returned with its original registered serial number matching our registry, along with the specific power adapter/charger shipped with it.
3.4 Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and passes our hardware diagnostic inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be reversed to the original payment channel (Bank account, Credit Card, or UPI wallet) within 5 to 7 business days in accordance with RBI merchant guidelines.
